Every time you use a token (which means a unit of time has passed), each junkie will relieve you of one unit of whatever drug you've decided to feed them, and in return they'll generate money. As you progress, you'll recruit more junkies, who act as regular costumers ("trained", basically it takes a few turns for them to get hooked). Your lab can produce one type of drug at a time, but you can switch it whenever you want. The way you make money is by selling drugs, of course.
